A CourtZ configuration allows players, Session Profiles and application settings to be transferred between devices, shared with other organisers or saved as a backup.

When selected Session Profiles are exported or shared, the players required by those profiles are included automatically.
Configuration files use a standard JSON format and can be used to:
Select Import Configuration from the Options menu to import a previously exported CourtZ configuration.
When importing a configuration, you can choose how the imported data is applied:
CourtZ validates imported files and reports an error if the selected file is not a valid CourtZ configuration.
After the import is complete, the imported data is available immediately.
If more than one organiser manages your club sessions, configurations can be used to share players and Session Profiles between devices.

Tip: Regularly export your complete configuration to create a backup before making significant changes.
Tip: Use selected Session Profile export or sharing when you only need to transfer specific sessions rather than your entire CourtZ configuration.
Tip: Choose the import option carefully. Replace removes the current configuration, while Merge and Selected Profiles allow imported data to be added to the existing configuration.
