CourtZ helps you organise court sports sessions by managing attendance, generating balanced games and keeping play running smoothly.
Whether you’re organising a one-off session with friends or running a regular club session, CourtZ can adapt to the way you organise your sessions.
CourtZ includes a fully functional 30-day trial.
The first time you start CourtZ, you’ll be asked for your club name and email address. This starts your trial and personalises your copy of CourtZ.
When you purchase CourtZ, you can activate your licence at any time from About on the More menu. Your club details, licence status and expiry date (where applicable) are also displayed there.
CourtZ can be used in two ways.
If you organise regular club sessions, Session Profiles are the recommended way to use CourtZ.
A Session Profile remembers the players and settings you regularly use, making it quick and easy to prepare each new session.
To get started:
Continue to Players to begin.
If you’re organising a one-off session or don’t need to save your setup, you can simply add players directly to the Waiting Room and begin generating games.
Players can be:
At the end of the session, guest players can be discarded or added to your master player list for future use.

If you regularly organise the same group of players, we recommend using Session Profiles.
If you’re organising an occasional session, you can work directly from the Waiting Room without creating a Session Profile.
